My Ramadan Challenge. Ramadan begins on May 5, 2019. I have decided to challenge myself to this 30 day fast and I invite as many of you as possible to join me on this challenge. It will be a spiritual journey that will challenge all of us to see what we are really capable of. It is 30 days of eliminating everything that you consume from dawn until sunset. After sunset you can break the fast and eat and drink, but then the next morning you start again.
In the coming days I will be providing more information and details on how Ramadan works and some personal testimonials from friends and colleagues here in Morocco that will help to motivate you. If you plan to join me please let me know. Let’s enjoy this journey together.
